- Pricing also includes shipping & handling, shipping insurance and tracking, within the continental USA. Orders from outside the USA will incur shipping costs that will be emailed to you prior to shipping.
- KISS FAN EXPOS will provide a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for each of your items, verifying that they were signed in our direct presence by the artist.
- A free surprise exclusive gift with each signature will be included in the shipment.

If you are not attending the Expo & do not have an item you wish to mail-in for a signature but want to acquire a signature from either Paul Stanley or Eric Singer, we will be adding autographed 8 x 10 prints and other items to our online store for sale.
Mailing Instructions & Pre-Order Guidelines
DEADLINE – Your items must arrive by March 28th to guarantee the item will be autographed. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed for signing and will be returned at your expense.

- Write your full name, phone number and/or email address along with your order # on a Post-it note. Include the note inside your package.
- If you want the signature in a specific place, please place a Post-it note on that location with the words “sign here.” Please specify the color you’d like the signature in.
- Pack your item very carefully and securely to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance, tracking, and signature required options from your shipping company, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How Your Item Will be Returned:
- We will securely package your item for return.
- We will then determine the shipping costs. Our shipping will include shipping insurance, tracking and signature required. All foreign & bulky orders will receive an invoice for the shipping cost & upon payment, we will ship your package. A tracking number will be provided.
- If you order from outside the USA, you will be responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes that may apply in your country.
Certificates of Authenticity (COA):
- KISS FAN EXPOS Authentication is included free of charge with every pre-ordered autograph.
- KISS FAN EXPOS will provide a COA for each of your items, verifying that they were signed in our direct presence by the artist.
